Yes kakashi Hatake can use Susano'o if he obtained eyes that can perform Susano'o, but with the amount of Chakra that take I am not sure how long he can maintain it and how big it would be but I don't see him having too much of a problem like he would if he tried out a Rinnegan. LOL.

If Kakashi can use Obito's Kamui, and Danzo can use Shisui's KotoAmatsukami and Teleportation Genjutsu and Izanagi, then why can't Kakashi use Susano'o? NEVER did it say Uchiha Chakra is the only Chakra that can form Susano'o... Manga only said that it uses the USER's Chakra to form an Offensive/Defensive Warrior of Combat! So if Kakashi become the USER of an eye capable of performing Susano'o then his chakra will be formed into an Warrior as would any Susano'o user.
