Naruto pretty much represent yang (breathing life into a form) as seen with Kakshi's eye and Gai's heart

Sasuke represents yin (giving form to nothing from the imagination) so my guess is Sasuke can literally creat what is not there. Not sure how Kishi will show this in the manga though, but I assum we will soon find out.

He should be able to create physical forms from nothingness. Naruto can breathe life into them.

Gai already had form, so all Naruto had to do was breathe life into him. Kakashi's eye is harder to explain but his new eye is his original eye. I think it was regenerated from his DNA or something. I don't know, it's just a crazy ability.

Sasuke should be able to create anything, though he wouldn't be able to create anything that's actually alive. He'd need Naruto for that.

Sasuke could be able to destroy anything he touches (idk), or maybe form his Susanoo into any shape/size he desires.

I think Sauce's seems a bit more OP once you consider those things.

Though its unknown if its just crappy creations or actual useful like thinking of fire and it appears, or even a meteor from the sky.

It's the other way around. Naruto created an eyeball, and he also repaired Gais heart where it was punctured, which is also creating. Checkout my thread.
