They are controlled via Nagato's chakra. His chakra can't travel between dimensions so once Pain bodies have been warped, they are essentially shut down.

Nah, Obito shots a bunch of large sized Shuriken out of his eye to slaughter the summons.
Obito has Kamui, Izanagi, massive Katon and Mokuton. Assuming Obito gets rid off Gakido, they will get in big trouble facing Juubi sized Katon.

Nagato's chakra hasn't been shown to be able to cross over dimensions. Its as simple as that. If you think it can, get some evidence. Until it does, it can't and I have no reason to believe it can't.

Shinra Tensei repels Obito once. If he doesn't hit him with enough force to kill him, he gets back up and warps him away during the 5 seconds. If he does hit him hard enough, Izanagi would save him...though I doubt that would happen.

Summonings are nonfactors. They can't hit him and he can slip right past them.

Bunshin have minds of their own nor are their user's constantly supplying them chakra or transferring chakra to them to make them function. That is exactly how Pain works. This is common sense. Nagato's chakra isn't magically going to cross from one dimension to another. That makes zero sense.

Repelled from the face doesn't change how much damage he takes, cause it only deals damage by slamming the opponent into the ground. If they are repelled into the air, the damage is minimal.

Or, he uses Kaenjin to trap Deva and then he warps him. No one is going to intervene then. Or he simply uses Mokuton to kill Deva instead of using Kamui to warp him.

The Kamui dimension is something only Kamui user can enter. It's something completely separated from this world. Not even Juubi's Jin can get there without the MS.
