No body cares about conflicting statements, Madara has fought thousands in his life time. The fact that he considers Sasuke an intelligent individual adds more weight to this argument. He was actually regretting Time fact, desiring that it should have been Sasuke rather than Obito, meaning he considers Obito to be far below Sasuke.

How would Sharingan aid in figuring out Kamui? Yeah, it's a fact that she figured it out much faster than Minato and about 200 chapters before Kakashi could. I am talking about the 'One Jutsu - Duel Factor' of Obito Kamui, FYI. I don't see people putting her above Minato though, when she deserves the spot.

Agree with these completely. I would maybe say same level as Hiruzen but that guy has more experience as well.

Basically, Sasuke has always look through a femtoscope. Yes, that means with his eyes he can see something that has size 10^-15. This is not analytical skill, it is simply using a magnifier and seeing things. Sasuke would have had an analytical skill if he ever was able to analyze a battle without Sharingan vision.

This is why right now, the only one who has the highest analytical skill in term of battle analysis is Minato. Maybe Tobirama will follow as well, then Naruto.

All the people with dojutsus are simply having easy life, and whenever they face something that cannot be detected with the eyes, they get beaten up. For your reference, see Sasuke vs Gaara, Sasuke vs Haku Mirror before his Sharingan turn on. In these two, he got simply beaten up as if he did not have a brain. Sasuke vs Rock Lee was the same. Whenever the Sharingan fail, Sasuke lose his brain - this say he never use his brain, but his eyes.


Thus, the winner of analytical skill contest are Minato, Shikamaru, Tobirama, Naruto, etc. Sharingan and Byakugan users have zooming skills.

I wouldn't even say minato has analytical skills like itachi. Minato is good at using his techniques efficiently, and like tobirama, can create his own jutsus but when it comes down to analyzing your opponents, Itachi solos.

minato, tobirama and sasuke jumped into battle against madara, only to be school'd. Even gaara got hit and Kakashi almost got a hole in his chest (if not for kamui).

It comes down to intelligence, ability to keep calm under pressure and battle experience. sasuke has the first two and he has fought some high profile opponents. This and the fact that sasuke's skills are developing at an exponential rate and can adapt to consistently using new strategies with these new found powers makes sasuke at least top 5 dead or alive that we know of.
