Tobirama has been also marked as a genius recently but his lack of feats won't put him in any tier yet...

P.S. Sasuke could clearly saw Limbo through his Rinnegan, so there wasn't any analysis behind it...

When it comes to analytic skills, Shikaku and Shikamaru are a must to be mentioned...
But since it's not much of a use in Solo battle, it's usually overlooked...

There are many instances in the manga where kakashi has been praised for his ability to analyze.
Madara's words are not the Be all and end all.

But by this Logic, madara took notice to Kakashi's Eye power when he attacked the Gedo, Madara didn't say anything of the sort about EMS sasuke when attacked him, he simply shrugged it off and pretty much ignored sasuke's attack. Doesn't mean Kakahsi's Eye power is just as impressive or more impressive that sasuke's.

It wasn't like Madara was claiming he had never seen such analyzing skills before.

Give others such as Itachi/Kakashi/Shikamaru/Oro/Shikaku/Tobirama and such, the ability to actually see Limbo and see it in action, i'm pretty sure they could replicate the same feat.

To me, Sasuke's feat of figuring out limbo is not much more or less impressive than him figuring out that Deidara's bombs are neutralized by raiton.

You have a point madara himself takes sasuke over obito not for control but skill and power, as he has a straight como(whatever the **** it is, it's valued highly even the 2nd mentioned it)
And not only this but madara notes that they are related(not just by clan) somewhat directly as in a family tree..

not only does kakashi not have the feats now, he cant even compete now because he doesnt have that sharingan which was 50% the reason why he was able to analyze jutsu and people
