the best ways to tear apart a friendship? Just for fun. But be totally serious about it.
The ways cannot be illegal and be done without any body around noticing.

Well, it depends, if you just want out of the friendship...just tell them straight up. That's the best way, in my opinion.

1) Being ignored
2) being made fun of
3) being hit
4) telling others private things behind your back
5) drugs

My friend's friend spiked his drink once, recorded him and it pissed him off to the point that they didn't hang out or speak again for several years.

You want to stop being friends with someone? stop talking to him/her.
