I was reading about KA on Narutopedia.
I states that KA can be used by non-uchiha only once nearly in a decade.

So does that mean Shisui could use it many times a day?

No, it cannot be used more than once a decade without senju DNA. Even itachi couldn't use it more than once a decade.

The wiki isn't absolute, and they make mistakes. Itachi isn't a non-uchiha and he couldn't use KA on sasuke for another 7-8 years. However Danzo, who had senju DNA could use it 1-3 times a day.

Danzo could use it a couple of times in one day. (But it's because of Senju DNA).

Shisui is the creator of his own eye, so by that, I think he can use it more than once during 1 year, not 10 years.

Im sure Shisui could do it whenever he pleased. We will never know.

Shisui was barely a decade old when he died only itachi lived that long to come up with that conclusion( for his crow). Shisui must have been able to use it many times he was famous for his genjutsu abd everybody knew it was unstoppable.

Itachi came to that conclusion using the crow. He never knew Shisuis usage cuz he was barely over a decade old. How would he be famous for it if he only used it once. Obviously he was able to spam like any other mangekyo technique
