What do u think of Jiraya's jutsu the Whatever Jutsu how many points would u give it out of 5.?
I am giving it 10 out of 5 a fabulous jutsu without using any chakra

Take away all the chakra that was passed down over the centuries. No one can do any Jutsu, but Jiraiya can still do this without chakra.
