How i would have made the brother dynamic between Naruto and Sasuke.

If the 3rd Hokage wasnt so unreasonable, he would have adopted Naruto since birth or at a certain age. Then after the Uchiha massacre adopt sasuke. Having them grow up together in their academy days. As technical brothers, Actually making a bond for Sasuke to Sever, Deeply.

Would also make Narutos reasons for going after sasuke more believable in the eyes of those who dont see it.

Also the Parallel would be pretty cool

Hagoromo (God of Shinobi) < Indra < Ashura

I think that might have been too obvious. Also, don't you agree the sage/Indra/Ashura story line was conceived after Naruto and Sasuke's pasts were shown? I don't think the Naruto/Sasuke bond is too far-fetched as it's been written. Naruto never had anyone and would tend to hold on fiercely because of that. And Sasuke, regardless of the fact that we never know his true feelings, did awaken the second tomoe when he fought at VOTE (losing the bond with Naruto.)
