It's not saying the same thing the first time you were clearly trying to say kakashi knew his place so to speak. Kakashi made a 'choice' can be used ever so loosely. Kakashi was in leagues to fight madara and juubi at the time and he never felt that it was best to stay out. He was fighting the juubi and madara and obito with naruto before the alliance showed up. After the alliance came he fought again and even tried to kamui the gedo.
He chose to leave because he had things to settle with obito. That's an undeniable fact, and yes using my logic Sakura is tied into the story on team 7 subplot. Duh. Oh also on sannin subplot.
Naruto and Sasuke are a part of a bigger plot. Which is why they most of the time in situations like previously they are both highlighted. Because they have subplot of the elder and younger brother. And it is bigger than team 7 and sannin subplot. They all come in when the author feels to.
In the war:
Sakura caught, gathered and relayed the critical intel needed to figure out the mystery behind the murders telling the entire alliance that zetsu was transforming into people and how he was doing it.
Sakura healed kakashi.
Sakura restored naruto's chakra and healed him when he was down and out.
Sakura achieved her seal and proceeded to do remote healing on the alliance which in their world where every ninja is important it is impressive.
Sakura used katsuya as a foothold with Tsunade to provide a chakra and healing base for the alliance again.
Sakura kept Naruto's body from becoming oxygen deprived and alive for Obito to even be able to give Naruto the jinchuriki back and thus saving the main characters life.
TenTen has not been involved the way Sakura has. And tenten is attached to a weaker subplot you cannot compare. She is relevant to that plot she is a part of.
I'm not going to try to convince you of anything anymore though, you can't stop anything kishi wans to do. So however you deal with whatever he does is your business, if you think it's an asspull if she powers up that is your business as well. I will enjoy it and kishi will enjoy it and that's what matters most. Have a good night though.(no sarcasm)
You keep saying it won't be an asspull, but how so? There is no foreshadowing of her receiving a power-up. No build-up to anything.
I am, among other things, a Minato fan, but that doesn't stop me from thinking that a lot of his power-ups as an Edo were asspulls.
For the first one, fair play. You can have that.
The second I touched upon. Her healing of Naruto is largely irrelevant, since Kurama could have healed him if necessary once he had knead enough chakra.
Third and fourth are addressed explicitly in my post. The Shinobi Alliance is largely composed of fodder. I don't like the way Kishi has done it, but what is, is.
Ehhh, the fifth is iffy... The one who saved him was Obito. All she did was perform some basic first aid (medical ninjutsu was ineffective). Even I can do that, and I'm not a Naruto character.
Overall, you can't deny that Kishi has woefully under delivered on her character, and that she resembles more a supporting character a la Shikamaru than a protagonist a la Sasuke.
