Hi there people of NBase.

I'm gonna say some things that I normally wouldn't here, I'm not really the one to talk about things.

I'm 14 years old, and I'm around 181 cm tall and i weigh 64 kilograms.
Not really sure why I mentioned my age, but it feels nice saying it though, even though most people here get ridiculed for being young or acting immature.
Age isn't always a completely accurate method for measuring someones personality and maturity ya know guys?

Anyways, back to the matter at hand.

Every morning before I go to school, I try to make myself a sandwich, but most of the time I end up just eating 2 pieces of toast with cheese on them.
It's white bread 90% of the time, so it doesn't really fill me.
And allot of the time I wake up late and don't get to fix myself anything.

I usually go to school then, between 7-8 AM most of the time.
I always stay till 13:15 or 14:00, sometimes even till 15:00.

Most of the time I get kind of hungry at school while eating nothing, but when I go home I suddenly don't feel like eating anything at all.

Like today, I arrived home at 15:30 (-ish) and I only had a small sandwich with cheese, and it was white bread which totally does not fill me at all.
I even went to cram school and when I came back between 17:00-18:00 I still wasn't hungry, but I ate anyways.
3 hours later I ate some more, but I wasn't even hungry.

So, is it possible that i have some kind of eating disorder?
I am legitimately almost never hungry for some reason, there was this one time where I didn't eat for 3 days.
Now, considering that I love food, i never skip a meal so it's not much to worry about, but is it possible that something is wrong with me that I'm never hungry?

Or am i just paranoid?

See how long you can go without eating and see if you start feeling hungry, and tell your parents aswell

It is best to go see a doctor instead of asking here.

I think you definitely see a doctor this sounds scary. I hope everything turns out fine.

Do you mean eating disorder in the mental sense? Hunger is physiological. Unless you intentionally avoid eating then it's not so much an eating disorder as a poor diet and lifestyle. Irregular eating can cause periods where you don't feel hungry despite not eating for an entire day. I think you've just thrown your body out of whack and the hormone levels which control hunger aren't what they should be. For reference, I'm 178 cm tall yet weigh about 52-55 kgs. After an amount of time of not eating the feeling of hunger goes away, not because I'm not hungry, just because I've messed up my body.

Well, you do have a point there.

I don't eat at set times, like just now I had a sandwich at 10 PM.
Thanks for the info, it's really appreciated.

In all honesty, you should get checked out. For your age, it can really develop into a serious problem, your maturity is nice though. Best of luck.

Not a problem.

It's quite surprising how much a bad diet can do. If you don't consume the right amounts of certain foods then you become deficient. It can cause lots of problems like the feeling of depression and cravings for certain foods like sugary drinks.

As long as you are paying attention to your body's hunger signals, and not eating/starving for other reasons, there's no disorder. But you do seem concerned about it, so it might be a good idea to share your thoughts with a parent, nurse, or doctor. And mix it up in the variety department - more healthy, less boring.
