why every bio that I saw has the same sets of ninjutsu like these?

i am planning to make my first bio but this really bothers me :eww::eww:

(i already have read 7+ bios as i remember, and all of them has these)

is this a must for a bio character?
maybe in the anime and in the manga, yeah, but i dunno here...
