He defeated Orochimaru after the massacre e.e so how df would you come up with a conclusion that it was when he was 11

Look thats how He graduated have a problem take it up with Kishi. And in the Story line it has ben implied that you can graduate early as both Kakashi and Itachi did. Naruto told Neji He failed because of the clone jutsu every time. So pull the building out of your butt.
