If I remember correctly they are Special War Potential. Considering that they have the potential to become the Quincy's allies, as well as having great potential when it comes to power. I believe the Quincy's are looking at not only the current power level of the SWP, but also their potential. So, I believe the remaining 2 SWP's are Ishida Uryuu and Inoue Orihime.

If I remember correctly they are Special War Potential. Considering that they have the potential to become the Quincy's allies, as well as having great potential when it comes to power. I believe the Quincy's are looking at not only the current power level of the SWP, but also their potential. So, I believe the remaining 2 SWP's are Ishida Uryuu and Inoue Orihime.

I think that when they say potential, they think about people who can turn over war in their favour. I don't think that something like that is considering potential, since they didn't even ask Ichigo to become their allie, they tried to brainwash him.

Well, from what we know, it seems that Kubo want to make Bach "Aizen type" Villain - just as planned, it's my first sign that he could know about Grimm. He was around for 9 years, he also know about Aizen's bunt, Aizen's defeat (Grimm was part of Aizen's army), it seems that he know about Tier Harribel, he also knew that some vice captains have bankais, all this lead me to assumption that he know about every character i listened in pool.

I think that around all characters i listened could be very useful:
Urahara, Isshin, Yoruichi, RG members are strong in their own way. Ryuuken could also be on that level. Kubo already said that Mayuri would have big role in war, from what we know Jugram is also very strong, Kugo Ginjo is hybrid and could also be transcendent.
To me it looks like that Kubo want main cast to be very strong, so thats why i put Chad and Orihime (power still mystery) in list.
Reason i put Tier in list is that she is defeated and she already rejected (?) offer to join Vandenreich, but why didn't they killed her? Could that be because of potential she posses? Grimm is also "main" arrancar so i put him in list as well.

What are you talking about? It was confirmed that Aizen is SWP.

I agree with the point you made about Tier Harribel still being of some use to the Wandenreich and to Bach, Forbidden Tale. Harribel has to be important to Bach for some reason, or else he would have just killed her to begin with after getting a refusal to join the Wandenreich. I don't know what he has planned for her, but it must be something relatively important, if he's taken all the trouble to capture and imprison her.

I also agree with what you said about Kubo wanting to make the main cast strong. I believe that Kubo will make Orihime and Chad strong enough to fight with the Sternritters. Kubo has already given the main group of Ichigo's nakama a significant power up. We've seen Renji defeat Mr. Superstar with his improved Bankai, which a few Vice Captain class Shinigami, and 2 former Visord Captains with their Bankai couldn't defeat. We then saw Rukia get a significant power up in the Royal Realm and defeat As Nodt with her new Shikai technique and Bankai. Byakuya mentioned that Rukia's Bankai was very dangerous, and that she had become a very formidable Shinigami. We haven't seen any of the results of Uryuu's power up that he got from Bach, but considering the way Bach talked to him he must be much stronger than he was. Considering all the power ups that Ichigo's main group of friends has already received, I think that the training that Orihime and Chad are doing in Hueco Mundo will give them both a considerable power up like the rest of them.

We already see that Chad's power is stronger in Hueco Mundo, he can probably found true power there, just like Renji/Rukia got power in Royal Realm. Probably same with Orihime, she is not confirmed fullbringer, but out of all races she fit fullbringer best.
