Just to go against the flow, I will say Nagato wins. And I believe so. Kabuto has no counter to CT, while Nagato has co counter to Mugen Onsa. If these aren't restricted, it's a troll match of who gets who first.

1) You don't know if the substance is physical. If Manda eats it, how do you know if the gravity does not apply anymore?

2) I didn't know Asura Path blast can reach that far, nor will it be any effective damage to stop him. Plus theres Kabuto there.

1. When you said that he would crush the CT, the only way would be by destroying the core as stated by Itachi, which may not be physical (destroyed with energy based attacks, while does not break from pressure caused by rocks).

2. He can use Shura no Kō. In case you didn't know, liquefying your body is effective against physical, non-energy based attacks. Asura Path bomb is energy-based, same kind that knocked out Suigetsu.

3. In order to do that he'd need to be physical, which isn't possible due to rocks.

1. Seeing how small the AoE and slicing capability Yasaka Magatama, I doubt it made any damage compared to FRS and Bijuu Dama and especially the sphere.

2. Of course, he wouldn't have choice if suddenly Nagato used Banshou Tennin.

3. The second point still stands. Banshou Tennin + Asura would end it afterwards.
