Which Naruto character has the best backstory for a spin-off?

Random topic may have been done before. Anyway the title says it all which Naruto character do you think could support their own spin-off (aside from Lee). I think it would be sweet to see a story about a ninja from a different village like Zabuza. We know his back story but it would be awesome to see it and see how he got to the point he was at where he appeared in Naruto.

We don't know about their parents and their childhood :/ Minato and Kushina were shown in the Academy but we never saw their Parents.
