Right now I'm going to have to say Naruto just because when Kakashi with doing his inner monologue Naruto has done better with his goals accomplishing almost all his dreams except one Hokage it also gave me some sympathy towards Sasuke it seems Sasuke never really had a dream of his own his plans always change when someone tells him a story and Sakura had only a childish girl crush on Sasuke can you really call that a dream anyway that won't happen so Naruto wins

It depends. If we speak about who is the best written and interesting, then it's Sasuke without a doubt.

But if it's about personality, then I like Naruto more, mainly because of his philosophy - I prefer people who stand for their ideals till the last breath more than those who are very easy to be manipulated and shift their mind here and there. Not to mention that I prefer funny and opimistic people more than silent, moody and boring in conversations.
