Okay, this is just a thought, if things lines up perfectly, and if naruto ever has a kid, that child could awaken all 3 doujutsu, right?
Reasons:
-If Naruto and Hinata had a baby, the baby could unlock the Byakugan
-If Naruto ever gets some of Sasuke's blood in him from a fight (like if Sasuke has a bloody hand and it got into a wound on Naruto's face from a punch he COULD get the DNA needed for the Sharingan which COULD get to the baby.
-Naruto is an Uzumaki, which is closely related to the Senju, so if his kid had the Sharingan and Uzumaki blood, he could unlock the Rinnegan.
I think this is all very unlikely, but hey, it could happen, COULDN'T IT?
(Sorry I just thought this idea up and really wanted to share it, because in my mind it is possible but again, very unlikely).

EDIT: Look, if you think this is stupid, sorry. If this doesn't work because thats not the way how blood works, sorry. I haven't studied all the details of blood yet, as I'm still a student. No need for people to get mad at me. ):
