Nah, I was wondering about it too, it should have been next to Kakashi and Sasuke yet it is nowhere to be found. Pretty fishy if you ask me, I'm thinking either the torso started moving around or its own or someone else is doing something with the torso, maybe Orochimaru or Kabuto? Who knows.
