If Sasuke's eye really is the Juubi's eye ( Juubi only has one eye.) Then it is already a complete set in itself. It would make sense as to why Sasuke is closing his left eye (Its power should be taxing)

Yes, but the fruit, the juubi itself, and the sages mother all have one eye, but there are multiple eyes.
They are all seperate I assume because Sasuke has his own eye, Madara absorbed the fruit/tree which had the eye inside, and the sages mother had that same eye on her forehead.
If Sasuke gets both eyes then I would say he would be at least 2 maybe 4 times stronger than Naruto.
Yes he has the tailed beast, but they are separate and can't fly...which means he is a fake jin for some reason.
