ridiculous. That means the planner, Aizen, had no obstacles whatsoever . Madara & Orochimaru & Itachi's plans all had faults and conflicts that forced them into "dangerous" situations out of their control which is good for a story.
Even Frieza realizing the saiyans were getting too powerful to control potentially in the future so he decided to destroy them & their planet, but to no avail Bardock & King Vegeta still opposed him.

Well, as i stated i never watched Bleach so i wouldn't know if he had obstacles or not.
Besides, even though Madara had obstacles, he's getting his plan fulfilled either way.
Orochimaru simply failed a couple times and turned good (Which I'm hoping is part of a master plan)
And.. well..... Itachi, his plan did also reach it's end goal, but he had some twists and turns along the way.

Second one's not a plot twist, not in the slightest. The first wasn't really that big of an event to be considered one, either, and I haven't watched Bleach, so I don't know about the last one.

I pretty much called number 2 when I was reading the manga, Light had to have a plan

I feel like number 3 was an asspull. Aizen didn't really explain the significance of how Ichigo was unique in his plan, couldn't he have chosen someone else? How would it be different? Kubo kinda just threw it in and didn't really foreshadow it or anything. Unnecessary if you ask me.'
