Madara being the master mind of things,will try to manipulate both Naruto and Sasuke during their battle against him.The tension between Naruto and Sasuke during the fighting against Madara will cause them to have unfinish matters to resolve
I believe Sasuke will leave Naruto to become hokage of his village but watch over it from a distance. Kabuto,orichimaru and rest of taka are outer of konoha.I believe Sasuke will decide to make his own village and become hokage to make a home for them.Therefore Sasuke can create a shinobi village that without drama or corruption.Kabuto can recruit people from the foster home,Orichimaru can recruit sound village.I believe Sasuke will revive the uchiha clan by the eyes socket stored by obito's lab.Sasuke will used his sage technique or sharinnegan jutsu to revive them .
There will be an indirect competition of which village have a better lifestyle than the other (between naruto and Sasuke).Orichimaru must play some role in manipulating Sasuke in his village by spreading lies that Naruto's village progressing alot better than his or have better shinobi or something along that path to cause conflict.Orichimaru wanted Sasuke body afterall,the best way is to weaken him against Naruto and konoha inorder for him to take over some how.

Nope, don't see it. Not a fan of it, I doubt Orochimaru has anything, but intrigue at the moment regarding Sasuke's course so I don't see him manipulating things in a way that will hinder Sasuke's ambitions.

obito lab have uchiha eyes collection using their chakra like Naruto do to restore Kakashi eyes ,he can rebuild their body and restore them to life.Sasuke also have senjutsu which mean he can absorb enough chakra to restore his clan along with being alive via reabsorpting nature chakra
