Well the Sharingan was a catylist to learn the jutsu instantly. The knowledge and handseals are still retained in his memory so I don't see why he couldn't still perform them. The jutsu don't come from the Sharingan itself so....

He might not be able to use raikiri, I think its something to do with the sharingan stabilizing it

I think he juat looses the ability to see the make up of justi which is what the sharingan gave him but the techs he already knows and has the affinities and qualities required to do the techs he shld still b able to execute. He has just lost the abilities directly connected to the sharingan.

Sharingan brings abt some serious chemical, physical and neurological changes in ones brain.. And that is stated by tobirama. And at very early stage itself, it has happened to Kakashi... That special chakra in the brain thing... SO don't be alarmed if kakashi awakens a sharigan... or a pseudo sharingan in his eye....

No. He activates his sharingan whenever he's in a serious fight. He doesn't do it to use "stolen" jutsu. Not that you could even know which jutsu's are learned before or after getting the sharingan.

Sharingan only read handsign and help to understand how a jutsu works, all the jutsu Kakashi copied are part of his knowledge and abilities.Jutsus aren't stocked in eye.And Kakashi had suiton, doton, raiton, those elements he mastered has nothing to do with sharingan.

Not only Kakashi can use all his mastered jutsus, but he can also use more jutsus than ever.

I'd have to agree with those saying he can. The sharingan gave him the ability to break down the jutsu and handsigns involved as well as how to use the chakra to creat the jutsu. So I'm sure he can still use the water clones and whatever other jutsus he stole over the years
