Ninshuu and Ninjutsu are similar in the fact they are based on chakra. But they differ in how the chakra is used.
Ninshuu is using chakra to connect people, transmit feelings, and promote peace. Think of Naruto giving Kurama's cloak to the SA, and when he remembered his past, everyone else saw those memories. Or when Naruto connected to Obito and Naruto saw Obito's memories or Rins death, and he teared up.
Ninjutsu is using chakra for war. Pretty much all of everything we knew before this war started is Ninjutsu. Except for maybe medical ninjutsu (IK it has ninjutsu in its name, but it is fundamentally different from other styles. Kabuto would be the exception as he used his med jutsu to hurt his foes. Otherwise it is used to heal.)
So, to answer your question, Naruto's giving life to Gui and having Kakashi's eye grow back is not Ninshuu. It does not transmit feelings, it just heals/regenerates. This is likely due to a yang release, or a healing perk that comes with having all the bijuu, as Naruto doesnt know any medical ninjutsu.
