I have seen a few people say that assume is going to do something with his right eye for something I believe he is just conserving chakra as obito said it takes a lot to use the Finnegan which makes assumes stronger and more strenuous on the body but unlike obito sasuke unlocked it himself which makes nagato Seem even more extordinary to have both

Now why doesn't naruto hand sasuke Sakura And kakashi a ton of chakra like before did he lose that ability

I don't think Naruto lost that ability and it's too soon to say right now that he will or won't be handing out chakra (or even better) to the SA. I've seen people posting as well about Sasuke getting the Rin'negan in his right as well to balance out what Obito said about eyes.. but that Rin'negan is also fused with Sharingan and he already has Sharingan in his right eye... so. I don't think he will get two Shrin'ngans or whatever people call it!

I believe sasuke is just conserving stamina that's y his eye is closed because the rinnegan takes up so much stamina
