Ok, so following the latest chapter, many people have begun speculating that Naruto's new "healing" ability is the Sage's Creation Of All Things.
I personally doubt this.
Firstly, it has been stated in the manga that Creation Of All Things requires Yin-Yang Release:
However, as has already been stated, Naruto, the reincarnation of Ashura, only possesses the body of the Sage, that is, the Yang portion of the Sage's power.
The true nature of this power-up Naruto has received is precisely that: the Sage allowed Naruto to take all of his Yang power, which ultimately allowed Naruto to gain the Sage's senjutsu.
As the Sage also said, he gave Sasuke accordingly what Indra possesses: the eyes of the Sage, that is, the. Yin portion of his power.
This is implied as much here:
The Sage previously entrusted his power to Ashura, who he named his successor. He did not, however, entrust his power to Indra, who he asked to cooperate with and follow his younger brother.
This also allows us to put into perspective this page:
Indra is using Perfect Susano'o, and Ashura, at the time, we thought, was using Bijuu Mode. However, the design of Naruto's Bijuu Mode and his Rikudou Mode is quite similar.
Ashura was not a jinchuuriki. Given the Sage's insistence on recognising the bijuu as sapient beings, it is highly unlikely that he would have allowed Ashura to make himself a jinchuuriki. Since Ashura relied on comrades, it is possible that, like Naruto, he could request assistance from them, but he was not a jinchuuriki.
No, that is the Sage's senjutsu, which Ashura used to form a humanoid superstructure. The black balls in the structure's hands are not Bijuu Damas, but Gudou Damas, much like how Naruto has right now.
As for Indra, we did not explicitly see his eyes, but if we follow this logic, then the logical conclusion is that Indra did not possess the same eye Sasuke does. He likely had a natural EMS (his was more powerful because it used his own eyes, rather than the "borrowed" eyes of a sibling, which, as Obito demonstrated this chapter, makes a difference).
What does this all mean for Naruto and his "healing" ability? Well, it's not COAT, it's Yang Release. Naruto, throughout, has not used imagination to create form. Form was already present. In Kakashi's case, Kakashi's eye socket was there. Naruto used Yang Release to breathe life into his eye, thus restoring it. Naruto implied as much himself, when he tried to explain his ability to Sakura:
He used what was already there (form), and breathed life into it.
He did the same for Guy. He breathed life into his dying body, thus enabling him to keep living even though he opened the Eight Gates.
So, Naruto does not have COAT, but he has Yang Release.
Incidentally, this means that Sasuke must have Yin Release, meaning he could use his imagination to create form out of nothingness. The implication, then, is that Naruto and Sasuke together can use COAT, with Sasuke using Yin Release to create form, and Naruto Yang Release to breathe life into it.
And there you have it. :yeah:
