How physically strong are average ninja?

We know for sure that even without any power-ups they are physically stronger than ordinary humans, but just how strong are they? Can anyone find scans (or at least help me remember parts in the story) where ninjas showing superhuman strength without any strength-related special abilities? Or maybe just speculate about how much they can lift?

Sure but they live in a world where physical objects have weight, therefore we can approximate their average lifting power.

i would say a weak ninja(=niruka) has like the strenght of some1 like bruce lee. combined it with ridiculously accurate throwing technique as well as immense jumping power and cordination and you have a NV ninja XD

That's one of my favorite scans of all time, and the best part is that badass among fodder got his life back when Naruto beat pein/nagato.

OT:I'd say that at the very least 3 to 4 times stronger than your average strongman.

According to the databook she has a whole 5/5. I'd even say she could be the physically strongest even without chakra usage.
