She is very smart, idk why anyone would have to ask. Its obvious if you read this manga. Also, i personally don't see where you guys say she still romantically cares for Sasuke? Nothing in those two panels had me thinking she still liked him, it mainly showed that shes truly a good person and despite what all Sasuke has done to her she won't give up on saving him from darkness. That doesn't mean she feels romantically inclined to do it, she can want this for Sasuke without having feelings for him.
Kakashi was put stating that about her feelings changing, but he basically admired her for being able to forgive him and continue fighting, being his friend and stuff. Her whole attitude on Sasuke has changed, and it doesn't appear to be romantic. She still called him Kun....those honorifics do mean alot.
