Remember earlier in the series kakashi couldn't use chidori effectively because he couldn't predict his opponents movements. If this still stands, then is his signature ability useless now?

Forgot to put a spoiler tag, sorry.

I know that but he can't predict his opponents movements which was a central component of making his justu a complete justu.

He needed the sharingan because he was a little kid at that time.

Now he's grown up and has tons of experience..he will do just fine.

Copying jutsus and seeing through genjutsu/mist are the main abilitys that he lost.

Haha lol he wasn't lacking experience.....
The speed at which the attack must be done, combined with the fact that the user must run in a straight line, causes a tunnel vision-like effect for the user. This allows the enemy to easily counter the attack, making it a potentially lethal move for the user. Though this drawback would seem to make learning the technique fairly pointless, Sasuke and Kakashi are able to avoid the drawback because of their Sharingan, which takes in every detail, regardless of how fast the user is moving. To answer in short....NO
