Ex. Sasuke has the power to create a human body while Naruto has the power to give it life and a soul.

That's why Naruto was able to breathe life back into Gai's chest and Bring life back to kakashi's eye. (He used a part of kakashi to bring back his eye.)​

I just have one thought on this I wouldn't consider recreating a eye that was gone years ago breathing life into something. That eye was taken out an replace with obito's, so what am saying is naruto created an eye out of nothing. The full extent of naruto's power is yet to be seen.

if you think about it, Naruto Took what existed, IE kakashi's other eye, and told Kakashi's body to create another in the other eye socket. he pretty much Grew Kakashi a new Eye at least thats how it looks.

Technically Healing and Restoring have the same meaning. IE
i'll heal you to your original state.
or I'll restore you to your original state, it means the same thing, Kakashi has had an Eyeball in that socket, that is its original state. so actually your point is invald.
