Sasuke's closed eye

For some reason, in the recent chapter, Sasuke has his rinnegan eye closed. Usually when someone closes their eyes dramatically they are preparing some justu, usually Amaterasu, but sasuke's normal eye is the one that uses amaterasu, not the Rinnegan.
