What does it take to control the Rinnegan

Obito mentioned in the recent chapter that he couldn't implant the rinnegan in both his eyes due to the chakra and power of the eyes. While Nagato was able to handle both eyes since childhood. What do you think it takes to control the rinnegan? Do you think Nagato's Uzumaki/Senju connection grant him the chakra to control the eyes?

Nagato craped his body out because he summoned the gedo by himself. Obito used tailed beast and outside chakra.
Nagato got so angry he forced his body to summon the gedo. Thats why his hair turned white and his bod fell apart....that shows you why being a senju is very important
