I believe that When Naruto will be on the verge of death when he struggles against either Madara or Kaguya, Neji will somehow reappear and emerge as a Spirit in a shape and form of a Phoenix

I would like to call a cloaked of Phoenix Neji Hyuga yea that sounds right


Also It's more plausible that kaguya would visit neji and Hinata. His byakugan has a connection to kaguya's byakugan, the original and the source.
