You don't need a Byakugan to use rotation or Sixty Four Palms, it just makes it more effective.

It honestly depends on what your doing unless your a gentle fist style user byakugan can really only be used for recon missions while sharigan is mainly used for combat (copy opponents move , predicting your opponents movements) so in a fight sharingan is better

i'll take a byakugan any day. push a chakra point and the opponent is done for. 360 vision which means i aint got no blind spot. besides a skilled enough ninja with a good enough chakra control like the hyugas should be able to break from genjutsu. as long as you can freely disturb your chakra flow you can break from pretty much any genjutsu except from tsukuyomi,KA and other few

The sharingan is better on every level combat wise. The eye itself can do damage to the opponent-which can't be said for the byakugan. The byakugan only better for scouting, but at this point, it's obvious the sharingan is better.

3t sharingan > Byakugan. Its a damn shame Kishimoto didnt expand on the byakugan and branch it out like the sharingan. He redeemed the byakugan a little by giving Kaguya byakugan, but I still think its not enough.
