I only read Chinese, so if this is translated differently in Kanji then I'm wrong. But first that isn't the Nike logo, the swoosh isn't jagged at the end. Translated from Chinese it means Anarchy - or literally 無 - No/Nothing/Empty 政府 - Government

It is more likely a joke on Nike's "Just Do It" slogan. Perhaps a call to Just Do Anarchy (It)

Good luck! But I wouldn't try advertise it as a Nike product. Might get flagged for being a knockoff or a counterfeit. It isn't the same Nike swoosh and has no Nike logo so it's either an intentional joke or a knockoff. eBay doesn't like counterfeits if it gets them in trouble with the IP owner.

I see them on ebay for 70$ Lol, but it basically says: No anarchy or Just do anarchy ?

It says No Government if you translate it word for word. Altogether it translates as Anarchy.

In Japanese, that translates as anarchy and in romaji is "museifu".
In Mandarin Chinese, it would be anarchic, and in pinyin is "wúzhèngfǔ". Loosely pronounced as wu-xeng-fu, I say loosely because of the intonations.
