Vegito is much stronger than Gogeta. During the Buu saga Supreme Kai made it clear that potara fusions were much stronger than the fusion dance fusions. Plus Gogeta only has 30 minutes to wrap things up, where Vegito has no time limit. All names get raped by both of them though.
