Raikiri showed to be capable to cut through the V2 Shield as well. Adding Kamui's transfer teleportation and it makes a stomp kind of match-up

Bee isn't as proficient with Samehada as Kisame. We barely see him using it at all. Proof of it is that we don't even know where it is atm :| V2 doesn't give regeneration, more like the contrary. It inflects more pain/damage. Against Orochimaru he wasn't cut in half. All what he did was create a manifestation of his body chakra structure
