Oh my God! This is a true Wham Chapter. So many things revealed, so many things that can happen at this point. And Levi is getting quite a bit of bad reputation, even in his own team. There will be some epic clash between Levi and Kaney next chapter. However I think that they really pushed it with the Anti-Human 3DMG. I know a bit about firing guns, and you have to stay still if you want to be accurate. Flying (for the lack of a better word) will greatly decrease accuracy.
You know what would be an interesting plot twist? Reiner, Bertl and Ymir attack he walls at this point. Or even better (or worse), Annie gets out of the crystal and wreaks havoc in Stohess forcing the MP, Kaney and the Special Ops Squad to work together to defeat her.
So the anti scouting legion maneuver is basically them using guns alongside the gear? Safe for the physical impossibility of aiming while moving using 2 separate gun that actually makes sense. The advantage these guys have in a battle is clear here. It is still weird that regular guns wouldn't do though, I mean, just how advantageous would the gear prove against normal gun users? They just kinda need to hold a line and fire them down as they come. i guess levi's big advantage will be that he will be the more skillful one at the whole 3d gear thing. Maneuvering in the city and speed are things he should be better at since he does so basically daily. On the other hand these guy should have never had a chance to actually practice his skills in real life combat.
As far as the eating the coordinate thing I never saw it coming. The idea is a tad weird though.... We saw ymir in a flashback and she looked nothing like a regular titan of her class does. She already looked like she does today. It makes sense that they would be trying to become humans against by eating humans but it does not make sense that any titan could do that based on appearances. Are we to believe that bert or reyner looked like they do now before they ate some other shifter? It does not quite add up IMO. More so, wouldn't that imply eren is not really grish's son? Unless he ate that woman who was in her and historia's past... Or maybe that is what the injections were, a piece of that woman..
