I don't think Sasuke has the right to become hokage. His past actions is something that cannot be dodged, and will cause a stir between villages regardless of the outcome of the war, especially with what happened with the cloud. Naruto on the other hand, has build a bond with pretty much all of the current kage, and has made friends with guys like B and gained respect from a lot of the fodder shinobi from all the villages, when he lent them his chakra, and conveyed his feelings to the alliance. If there is to be true peace between the villages, it will have to be during Naruto's reign, similar to the way Hashirama tried to establish peace during his reign, and was respected by a lot of villages as well.

This is another idea of those who think two people can have perfect same fate. In other word, this come from those who are having the exact behavior of Indra, that is they don't accept their natural place in the game. To those, I say there is only one logical way for the war to end. This war will end if and only if Indra and his descendant will accept that each person can work towards the goal he wants for his life.

See, it is the same theme as in Neiji vs Naruto. Neiji looked at naruto and himself, and concluded that he was better fit as shinobi than Naruto. Similarly, Indra and those who shares his ideal think birth gave them the right to rule over Ashura and those who are like him. Unfortunately, someone can be lame/mute/deaf at birth and become fine afterward if he meets someone who can give him help or knowledge that can unlock his potential.

This war was created because Indra refused to accept the new and reborn Ashura. While the village (Konoha) was the one who wanted Hashirama to be Hokage, Madara extended the war simply because he refused to accept that Hashirama was better than him. Similarly, the current state between Naruto and Sasuke is the result of Sasuke's fear to see Naruto surpassed him. In other word, Sasuke is having a problem admitting that Naruto is stronger than him.

Thus, as long as Indra and his descendant will be in that state of denial of the truth, no other solution will bring long lasting peace. This is why, there would not be two Hokages. This is why there will not be peace even if Naruto let Sasuke become the Hokage. Simply put, someone will have to prove to Indra and his party who is the true badass on the battlefield by beating the crap out of their sense.

PS: Please, don't put the coat of badassness on Sasuke. It is only for Hagoromo, Minato and soon Naruto. That coat has nothing to do with Hokageship.​
