Why does Senju DNA Affect Kotoamatsukami?

KA is a MS Technique, with a ridiculously long cooldown of 10 years, but with Hashirama's chakra, the cooldown can be shortened.

Why? Hashirama's chakra only affect's Madara, because Hashi is Ashura, and Madara is Indra. Shisui sure as hell wasnt indra's reincarnation, since hagoromo said the last transmigrants had been Hashi and Maddy. It doesn't make sence for Ashura's chakra to have any effect on Shisui.

hashi's dna works miracles he was able to do awesome things and with his blood others are able to mostly because he is a senju ithink he is as strong as a senju could be he has the body just like ashura indra had the eyes having a stronger chakra and body im guessing now you can use your eye powers more and have more control over them etc just like maddy and obito cant control the jubi with there eye's they were using hashi's dna to

It has effect on Shisui due to it's nature of improving a jutsu's efficiency. It won't give him Rinnegan though since Shisui isn't Indra's incarnation, but his MS still gets a boost.

since he was the owner of the eye I think he had the ability to use KA and
the ability to regenerate it for the next shot with out any need of senju

OT : hashirama cells has the best regeneration and chakra power
so it will fuse chakra in the KA eye really faster

The effect from having a piece of the reincarnation of Ashura, said to inherit the Sage's "body" (life-force and physical energy), even if it's not tying direction to Indra's reincarnation, implanted into the body of one of Indra's descendants makes sense to have, at the very least, some sort of positive effect (which it clearly does). In short, it's the piece of the Sage's "life force" (inherited by Ashura, reincarnated into Hashirama, and then implanted into Shisui/Danzo with Shisui's eye) which allows for the "life" of Shisui's Mangekyo Sharingan to return to it so much sooner after usage.

At the very least, this is how I view it.

Hashiramas cells enhance the physical energy not Kotoamatsukami itself. Therefore the cooldown is probably so long because no one-except Hashirama- has these kind of special physical energy and life force.

why would you assume hashi's cells'effect on madara is related to the reincarnation thing ?
My guess would be that KA causes eye strain or body strain on the MS which normally takes a long time to regenerate.
with hashi cells , the recovery is accelerated due to the cells' restorative power

I love it how fanboys make out as the latest thing explains everything. First it was senju dna verses sharingan eyes. Then it was elder son verse younger son heritage and their influence on whatever descended clans. Now it is Ashura spirit verses Indra spirit. I mean c'mon. Don't be seduced by the latest plot fueled power up.

Think about it. The sages mother was the first o be able to use ninjitsu and passed that down to her son, the sage. He then passed it down to his offspring and so on. That means that ninja has some tenuous link to the sage somehow. Don't discount all the awesome other ninjas and their techniques just because they don't have direct lineage. Guy doesn't have to owe his awesome taijutsu to senju dna. He worked his arse off and got the very best he could. Minato and Sarutobi didn't need to have sharingan to be able to learn so many jutsu. They were just very smart and skilled. Elder son/Indra/sharingan verses younger son/Ashura/senju is not everything and certainly not the only way to attain power. Stop trying to fit a square peg into a round hole and just appreciate what the characters have worked for and achieved.

I'll admit I read sth in the OT wrong . it was about hashi's chakra , which I mistook as hashi cells.
however I believe it's the cells , not the chakra , that's affected shisui MS's cooling time , unless the manga says otherwise.

And that's where you messed up. No one ever said Hashirama's chakra isn't going to work on anyone else. Its been shown that it has an effect on others, so the bold can't be true. His chakra and Madara's chakra (Indra and Ashura before reincarnating again) was the only thing that let you get Rinnegan, hence why only Madara got the Rinnegan after taking his cells but not Danzo or Obito.
