How do i know if a certain character is taken, i can't seem to find out.

Sorry if these are in the rules, it all seems pretty vague to me.

Use the search bar or look through RPG Character biographies xd

Kind of a petty rule to be honest. Normally you search for the bio via Search Button or the RPG Character Biography Section. If you are unsure if the character is being used or already taken by someone else - given permission by the former, VM the member who was in last possession.

I own Izaya Orihara and Goro Kaguya owns Luke I believe but he's not active.

You can ask for permission and I think you can make Luke since Goro has been inactive for over a year. If the person has been inactive for two months or more you can make their character, someone correct me if I'm wrong please. z.z
