OT: R.I.P Voice actor Kouji Yada. These guys are dropping like flies.

The old one died, back when Mihawk first appeared, that's why they changed the voice.

This show has been running for 15 years and he was in it from the start. Besides there is an army of voice actors who play all the roles. You can't prevent this. And characters like Zeff need an awesome experienced voice who can give you the feeling that they lived a rough life on the seas, not a high pitched teenager.
