I' m not saying she's gonna speed blizt him, but whitout legs he's still at disadvantage. Maybe he'll be able to heal himself but is healing doesnt look so fast... We'll see in the chapter

He can still use storm element jutsus, the black staff, susanoo (since he just showed that he can still use mangekyou techniques as the juubi jinchuuriki), mokuton, fire style, genjutsu and other rinnegan techniques. Probably even more than that. Therefore Madara has plenty to use even without his legs.
