How the hell did this little kid become the 4th Mizukage? I don't see how can he be the strongest in the village. Even if he was a Jinchuuriki I still don't see how that makes him any stronger to be fit for the title. What does a kid know about paper work? How does a kid make the right choices to keep the village going? This kid shouldn't have been the 4th Mizukage for the simple fact he got solo'd by Obito. This has to be the most pathetic excuse of a Kage.

Krillen who was as old as Goku looked like a kid, Gohan grew up and Krillen looked the same with his boulder head and balls on his forehead. Yagura wasn't a kid, he was just youthful in appearance. Even if he was a kid that's a testament to his skill. Naruto is a kid and he obliderates Kage's same with Sasuke.
