If Jiraiya couldn't deal with a three-tailed Naruto, I don't see him dealing with a weights-off 6th gated Rock Lee.

To defeat them Jiraiya can use a strategy similar to the one he pulled off on Pein, except this time he'll use one shadow clone to force Neji to rotate and then strike after he's finished, and another one to push and distract Lee into being trapped in a mini version of Swamp of the Underworld.
I can see him pulling a high-diff win.

Neji will probably die. But as for Lee? He'll blitz Jiraiya before he's able to defend himself. Lee getting caught in his Swamp? Laughable. Gaara couldn't even see Lee nor could his sand respond fast enough to him when he merely took off his weights. With his weights off + Lee entering the 6th gate, Jiraiya will have zero response time.
