Is it that reincarnation as stated in the Manga is right from birth? I don't think so.
At an early age Madara fought for his brother, and his clan too. That's why he was made leader of Uchihas. He shared his dreams with Hashirama of all people living peacefully together atleast till the age of having Sake. He also settled with Senjus to create a village. These are not the works of Indra's reincarnation. But, more or less Ashura's.
Now when his brother was killed, what happened to him that he changed his views towards life?
Its not that his brother's death changed him because, as itachi said to Sasuke that Madara got the eyes of his younger brother to get the EMS. So, the change had to come before his brother's death.
What in the world happened to Madara that he changed his views?
