I don't know, obito has alomost dies like dozens of times and he should literally have been dead 3 times. (Boulder, jubbi extraction, and rinnegan resurrection) maybe at this point he has accepted that he will die and is now more focused on accomplishing his new goal than worrying about a death that he sees as justice for his actions.
