yes i completly agree with that statement not all characters get enough screen time to really showcase their abilities

Kishimoto doesn't do a great job at developing supporting characters. I could say the same about Killer Bee being underrated, and he's suppose to be the eight tailed jin. There are a lot of amazing characters in the Narutoverse that get over looked all the time.

Not really underrated, just underdeveloped, but at least he wasn't killed off to show someone's power or to demonstrate some jutsu :|
