Wikipidea is hazardous site@BLAZING STORM
Wait dude but I am wrong. That 188 million sales thing was calculated only till 36 volumes when naruto sold 113 million in japan. Let's see that totals 301 million sales worldwide till volume 36. Now it's like 32 volumes more. I am pretty sure if they were to release world sales now then NARUTO is number 1. What do you think?

Why not? The same wiki-pedia says exact sales number for onepiece and other mangas bro. This wikipedia being not reliable is pure BS,in 96% cases. I was just reading the trustworthyness issue of wikipedia and found that it's accuracy ****ing matches renowned "Britanica Encyclopedia" as stated in various studies done by different individual bodies. The wrong things get remove from the site within 72 hrs. by a group of 1000 administrators skilled in different fields. The only poor thing is the way of illustration or little grammar.
Anyway, this sales thing is something I saw in NB and some other places as well back when I joined,so I am pretty sure it's correct. And let's be real Naruto is really very popular outside japan.
Naruto is more popular than OP in America and used to be more popular in in Europe, but OP take Asia no contest, and we all know Asia manga/anime fans is bigger than any other continent......try any blog
one piece fans r like majority and they always complain about one piece not getting respect and 80% r massive wankers.
Still i m not frequent one piece reader so i don't know.
and naruto is more popular than one piece outside japan but i still doubt by 5 times

Umm excuse me but i give **** about what ?@Totsuka no Tsurogi
If they don't give a flying **** about abroad then why people like you give a flying **** about them. Japan is only 1.5% of world total population and % of manga readers outside Japan is definitely greater than them combined so **** Japan. And it being the home of manga doesn't mean shit. And please don't confuse Japan with Asia.
Even if op don't broadcast in your country, it does not matter one bit@TOTSUKA
1. And your point? It being the creater of manga doesn't make them best in reviewing them. It's like saying England being the creator of cricket makes them no. 1 at it. Please...
2. Like I said,it doesn't mean shit. Why? Because praising an art form doesn't work like that. Japan's entire population is less than people who read manga outside Japan. Everyone has equal value when it comes to statistics.
3. Like I said don't confuse Japan with Asia because OP has only 45 million sales outside Japan, which includes ASIA AND REST OF THE WORLD. And I live in ASIA and when every bigshot anime~Fma-b,naruto,naruto shippuden, dbz, hxh 2011,fma,nurarihon,yu-yu-hakusho,etc. have been telecast, your so called popular OP didn't even made it here in my country. Animax I mean.
