Itachi has got to be the most compelling anime/manga character to listen to/read at times. Everything that comes out of his mouth is either a riddle, a proverb, a classification, a rhetorical question or a pun lols.

You'd have to be more specific dub or sub?
Sub would be Tobi & B(ee)
Dub is harder I'd say Hidan and Jiraya. Jiraya's voice actor fits his personality to the core, sasuke isn't bad either.
Naruto's dubbed voice honestly changes how you view naruto as a character so much, I prefer sub since he sounds more mature & less annoying.
